Brief Description：The project, to be executed trough PPP scheme, comprises the design, finance, build, operation and maintenance of natural gas distribution pipeline networks in seven (7) regions in the center and south of Peru.

After the concession period (32 years) the project must be transferred to the Peruvian Government.

Responsible body: Ministry of Energy and Mines of Peru

Modality: Self-financed PPP project

The project consists of the construction of a distribution grid of natural gas to provide with natural gas to the market. In order to achieve this, the investor will have to implement the essential infrastructure in each of the cities involved in the Project.

The minimum infrastructure required in each city will consist of the following:

§ Main reception and gauge/regulation station

§ High-pressure steel grid

§ District regulation stations

§ Medium pressure polyethylene grid
